OUTRAGEOUS! Royal Mail release Game of Throne stamps but STILL refuse to mark Brexit
FRESH anger surrounds the Royal Mail’s refusal to commemorate Brexit after the delivery company announced earlier this week they are releasing Game of Throne stamps.

Royal Mail have repeatedly rejected calls to mark the historic EU referendum victory, despite issuing a series of stamps when Britain joined in 1973.
Furious campaigners have called on the couriers to reconsider their decision following the announcement they would celebrate the American TV show Game of Thrones.
Environment Secretary Michael Gove, who was one of the frontrunners of the Brexit campaign, said: “Royal Mail marked Britain’s entry into the EU and it’s only right they mark the British people’s choice to leave.
“I’d welcome them commissioning Brexit stamps to celebrate this important moment in history.”
The post deliverers have also released stamp collections of Mr Men, Star Wars, and windmills since the June 2016 vote.
Ukip MEP Ray Finch said: “It’s a disgrace the Royal Mail is producing advertising for a commercial product like Game of Thrones but ignoring something of real importance to the nation like Brexit.”
Conservative MP Nigel Evans has also added his voice to the cause, arguing the voices of the 17,410,742 who voted to leave deserved to have their achievement recognised.
He said: “They are not recognising the fact the Brexit vote was the largest democratic vote this country has ever seen.
“They have got time to change their minds. I hope they will.”
However, the Royal Mail’s decision has previously been praised by EU cheerleaders who claim Brexit is “a day of mourning, not celebration”.
In December Chief Executive of pro-EU campaign group Best for Britain, Eloise Todd, said: “The Royal Mail is not creating stamps because Brexit day will be a day of mourning, not a celebration for millions of people who believe that Britain should lead, not leave Europe.
"We are pulling away from our friends and allies in a deeply uncertain world. Brexit Day won't be confirmed until parliament has agreed, so the Royal Mail is right not to waste its money.

"We might need stamps to commemorate the revival of common sense."
A Royal Mail spokesman confirmed yesterday they had not changed their minds about introducing commemorative stamps for the vote.
They said: “Royal Mail does not intend to issue a stamp to mark the UK’s EU exit. We have nothing further to add.”
