Cape Town – Kim Kardashian clapped back at claims that she abandoned her son Saint to celebrate New Year’s Eve.
Following reports on Monday that little Saint was rushed to hospital with pneumonia in the week between Christmas and New Year’s, Kim thanked nurses and doctors for taking care of Saint and gave an update on his health.
There was however, some confusion as to when exactly the toddler was in hospital leading people to believe Kim celebrated the New Year at home with friends while her 1-year-old lay in hospital.
After a user tweeted about the confusion in Kim’s defense, the reality TV star set the record straight.
“I haven't heard this but let’s get this straight. I did not leave my son for one minute during his hospital stay. We were there Wednesday night to Saturday,” Kim wrote.
Pointing out that New Year’s Eve was on Sunday, Kim added that friends came over to celebrate only after Saint had been comfortably tucked into bed.
