The new 303 apartment building, built by the Borror development company at the corner of Front and Main streets Downtown, includes six apartment layouts, all named after famous Ohioans.

Most of us will be able to identify the namesakes of "The Glenn" and "The Nicklaus," and some will nail "The Stine" and "The Oakley."

But it may take history buffs to know who "The Campbell" and "The Allen" are named for. (Hint: Both are women who died in the 1900s.)

Otherwise, the 89-unit complex mixes new technology with the old names (and original artwork celebrating the city's past). The apartments come with a bevy of smart features such as smart locks and lights. Other amenities include a garage, hardwood floors, a sundeck, and patios and balconies.

Rents range from $1,015 a month for a 445-square-foot studio (The Glenn) to $2,455 for a 1,048-square-foot two-bedroom (The Campbell).
