ESPN, Freeform streaming apps available on Samsung smart TVs

Disney and ESPN Media Networks teamed up with Samsung to integrate ESPN and Freeform apps to Samsung Smart TVs nationwide, ESPNMediaZone.com writes. All 2017 Samsung Smart TVs will support the ESPN and Freeform apps at launch. With these apps, favorite sports and entertainment programming can be streamed on TVs.

Streaming on the ESPN App is available to subscribers across all large US traditional and digital pay TV providers. The Freeform app enables viewers with participating TV subscription services to access live viewing of the network, as well as continued on-demand access via various devices. In addition to smart TVs, the apps can also be accessed on computers, smartphones, tablets and streaming devices by fans who receive their video subscription from an affiliated provider.
