Sterling K. Brown is headed to Brooklyn Nine-Nine. TVLine reports that the This Is Us star will guest star for one very special episode of the Fox comedy.
In a departure from his squeaky-clean character on the NBC drama, he'll play a murder suspect who spends the entire episode being interrogated by Det. Jake Peralta (Andy Samberg) and Captain Holt (Andre Braugher). Whether or not he is guilty of the alleged crime remains to be seen, but you can expect plenty of laughs. The episode is expected to air sometime in the second half of the season, which is also setting up Jake and Amy's wedding as well as Holt's pursuit of commissionership.
