Gareth Bale to Man Utd odds-on and Liverpool backed on Thomas Lemar – Watch them in action
MANCHESTER UNITED are tipped to complete the signing of Gareth Bale by bookmakers in the January transfer window.
The Real Madrid superstar has regularly been linked with a move to Old Trafford and just two days ago Spanish outlet Don Balon claimed an offer was on the table.
Bale has failed to impress under Zinedine Zidane and has been hampered with injuries.
But he still possesses the pace, skills and goalscoring prowess that made him such a hit with Tottenham during his Premier League days.
Bookies Betfair have given remarkable odds of 10/11 for the transfer to go through.
And the Welshman isn’t the only big name player who could switch clubs this window, as Starsport can reveal.

Thomas Lemar to Liverpool or Arsenal
Monaco winger Thomas Lemar came close to signing for Arsenal on deadline day in the summer, as a direct replacement for Alexis Sanchez.
But the deal never materialised and now the Gunners face fierce competition in the form of Liverpool.
Jurgen Klopp could turn to the Frenchman to replace Philippe Coutinho, should he finally seal his deal to Barcelona.
And, according to Yahoo Sport, Lemar has decided to snub interest from the Gunners and has already agreed a deal with the Reds.
In a clip from the 22-year-old’s stellar 2016/17 season, he is seen shown scoring a sensational free-kick – one of his trademarks.
His dribbling skills and pace also often allow him to run in behind defenders and net from close range.
Betfair backs Liverpool (7/2) to land his signature over Arsenal (6/1).
Gareth Bale next club: Latest odds

Ross Barkley to Chelsea or Tottenham
Chelsea and Tottenham battled it out in the summer to land out-of-favour Everton midfielder Ross Barkley.
The Blues went closest after agreeing a £35m move with the Toffees, only to see it collapse after the England international changed his mind.
Spurs are still interested and The Mirror claimed last year Barkley has his heart set on joining up with Mauricio Pochettino.
Both sides were given a boost today with Toffees boss Sam Allardyce admitting he is resigned to losing the 23-year-old.
Barkley has been shown glimpses of his talent for Everton over the years, but has truly shown his worth on international duty.
Not only has he scored screamers in training, as the clip shows, but he has replicated that in competitive fixtures.
One of his best moments came in the Euro 2016 qualifier against Lithuania, scoring the only manage thanks to a 30-yard bullet strike.
Betfair tipped Chelsea (7/4) to complete the signing only just over Spurs (2/1).
Jonny Evans to Manchester City
West Brom centre-back Jonny Evans was on the verge of completing a move to Man City in the summer, but the two sides failed to agree a fee.
City could still go back for the Northern Ireland international – particularly given the continuing injuries to captain Vincent Kompany.
They could face competition from fierce rivals United for the 30-year-old’s signature, with The Mirror claiming the Red Devils are prepared to make a £20m move.
But City are still favourites to land the defender, with Betfair giving odds of 4/11.
