Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were spotted at the Mumbai airport a few hours ago as they returned from Israel. While the film has been announced a while ago, Brahmastra will go on floors only next month. Karan Johar who is producing the film recently tweeted saying, “The new year begins with the prep of #BRAHMASTRA….the countdown of the epic journey of our film begins! Filming commences in February 2018! Ayan Mukerji helms this magical trilogy! @SrBachchan #ranbir @aliaa08 and an exciting ensemble!” Apart from Ranbir and Alia, the film also stars Amitabh Bachchan and television actress Mouni Roy. The actors brought the New Year there with filmmaker Ayan Mukerji as they began prep on their upcoming film Brahmastra. While the Bhatt girl looked chic in a white top, denim jacket and black denims, Kapoor’s casual style at the airport too was on point. A few days ago, Alia and Ranbir were seen getting trained under a movement coach. Not much about the storyline of the trilogy is out so far. While talking about Brahmastra, filmmaker Ayan Mukerji had said, “In its core, it has romance as an element but it has got a new flavour to it. ” He also said, “It’s a huge project and lot of people have faith in it and in me so I need to deliver for my own career, for the producer, the actors, and the entire crew.”
