CBS and the Recording Academy are collaborating to bring the Grammy Awards back to New York after 15 years, with the 60th annual Grammy Awards ceremony set for Sunday, Jan. 28.
Hosted by James Corden, the event will be broadcast live on CBS from Madison Square Garden — 7:30-11 p.m. ET, 4:30-8 p.m. PT.
In honor of the show’s return to New York, two-time Grammy winner Patti LuPone will reprise her 1981 performance of “Don’t Cry for Me Argentina,” and Ben Platt, a current nominee for “Dear Evan Hansen.” will perform a classic from “West Side Story” in a special Broadway tribute honoring the music of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Leonard Bernstein.
Grammy nominees Childish Gambino, Lady Gaga, Little Big Town and P!nk are among the top artists also set to appear.
