DHAKA: Indonesian President Joko Widodo is coming to Dhaka on January 27 on a two-day official visit to discuss multiple bilateral issues and to visit Rohingya camps in Cox’s Bazar.
An official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the matter on Thursday afternoon (January 4).
During the visit, the Indonesian President will hold meetings with Bangladeshi President Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
Earlier, Indonesian Foreign Minister Ratan Lampi Massudi came to Dhaka on September 5 to discuss bilateral issues as well as Rohingya issue. However, his visit to Rohingya camps was cancelled at the last moment.
