PEORIA -- Bradley won its 10th game in a row at Carver Arena on Wednesday, handing Valparaiso an 80-71 defeat in the first Missouri Valley Conference matchup between the schools.

Donte Thomas posted a double-double -- 19 points and 11 rebounds -- for Bradley (12-4, 2-1) in a game marked by fouls and physical play. A total of 55 personals were whistled.

Valparaiso lost for the sixth time in the last seven games and dropped to 0-3 in the Valley.
