Mans got moxie but than most convicted crooks do.
A leopard doesn’t change their spots. Connecticut has had several politicians, a few in the Waterbury area, that were charged and convicted of crimes only to be arrested again. If people thinks he has changed why was he allowing his driver to speed on I-84 placing the motorists at risk? That alone shows he believes he is special and rules need not apply.
