A FORMER adult film performer announced her marriage to fans in one of the strangest ways – by branding him “neither handsome nor rich”.

Famous Japanese porn star AOI Sola proudly shared a photo of her wedding ring with her 620,000 Instagram fans on Tuesday.

But, the celebration took a strange turn when she presumably intended to praise her husband – known as DJ Non – on her blog.

The 34-year-old said: “I’ve always wanted to get married.

    “I love kids, and it has always been my dream to start a lovely family.

    “My husband is neither handsome nor rich, but he has removed all of my uneasiness about having been in adult films, as well as everything else.”

    Sola stared in her debut adult film Happy Go Lucky in 2002, when she was 18.

    She continued performing in hardcore movies for two more years and later stared in panned slasher flick Big T**s Zombie, in 2010.
