Jeremy R. Lebel, born Dec. 10, 1982, died Dec. 12, 2017. He was the son of Raymond Richard Lebel and Rita Jean Johnson. He is also survived by his sister, Melissa Booze and her husband, Johnny B. Booze II, many nieces and nephews, uncles and aunts and many close friends.
