The Dover Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America will host its dinner meeting at 5 p.m. Jan. 20 at Roma Italian Ristorante, 3 President Drive, Dover.

Guest speaker will be Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester. Topics for the evening include preventing inordinate increases in military health care costs and pharmacy co-pays, the 2018 National Defense Authorization Act and the elimination of sequestration and the "Widow's Tax.”

The menu will include lasagna and meatballs for $23, chicken marsala for $25 and roasted salmon for $27. A pay-as-you-go bar and cocktail service will be available.
