Operators expand infrastructure in Cheboksary

The Chuvashia regional branch of Russian federal telecommunications regulator Roskomnadzor has cleared the exploitation of new network segments at two operators. Operator MCN Telecom has completed deployment of a local telephony node in the city of Cheboksary. The node will enable the operator to provide local telephony services over 1,000 telephone numbers. Operator Shupashkartrans-K also modernised and expanded its cable TV distribution network in Cheboksary.
