(MENAFN) President Donald Trump threatened to withhold aid to Palestinians which is more than 300 USD a year; he accused Palestinians of being "no longer willing to talk peace".
"We pay the Palestinians HUNDRED OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS a year and get no appreciation or respect," Trump added on Twitter.

"President Trump has sabotaged our search for peace, freedom and justice. Now he dares to blame the Palestinians for the consequences of his own irresponsible actions!", Hanan Ashrawi; Palestinian legislator and activist replied.

This comes after Trump transferred the US embassy from Tel Aviv to the holy land, which took Palestinians and Arabs to the streets; protesting this decision and expressing their rage.
