Waoo sponsors women's and men's national handball teams

Danish ISP Waoo!, which belongs to an association of regional broadband providers, said it is sponsoring the national women's handball team and placing a logo on the men's team's sleeves, ahead of this month's European championship in Croatia. Waoo is the main sponsor for the women for the rest of 2018 as well as in 2019. The women’s team took part in the world championship in Germany in December.

Waoo CEO Jorgen Stensgaard said few events can gather people in front of linear television these days, but national level handball is an exception. For this reason, Waoo signed an agreement with the Danish Handball Federation (DHF), he added. The men’s team sleeves deal is in the role of DHF Business Partner.
