Drudge calls Bannon 'schizophrenic'

Drudge Report editor Matt Drudge on Wednesday ratcheted up his criticism of Stephen Bannon, calling him "schizophrenic" after explosive new comments from the the former White House chief strategist.

The Guardian on Wednesday published several quotes from Bannon that will appear in a new book from journalist Michael Wolff.

“They’re going to crack Don Junior like an egg on national TV," Bannon told Wolff, referring to the ongoing probe into Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election and possible collusion with the Trump campaign.
 
Bannon also told Wolff the probe would focus on money laundering. 
 
“This is all about money laundering. Mueller chose [prosecutor Andrew] Weissmann first and he is a money-laundering guy. Their path to fucking Trump goes right through Paul ManafortPaul John ManafortJudge warns Manafort not to discuss case with media Manafort involved in drafting op-ed defending his Ukrainian work: court papers Trump went off on Manafort for suggesting he should not appear on Sunday shows: report MORE, Don Jr and Jared Kushner. … It’s as plain as a hair on your face," he said. 
 
This is not the first time Drudge has taken a jab at Bannon.

Reports surfaced after Bannon returned to Breitbart News in August that he would accelerate a potential war with Drudge.
