President Trump’s tweet yesterday about Kim Jong-un and nuclear weapons increased the blood pressure of many people. Among the highly concerned was pollster Nate Silver, who believes part of the media’s focus in 2016 cost Clinton the election:

Washington Post White House reporter Josh Dawsey defended those in the media who dug into the Clinton email story (which is still unfolding):

That defense of the media got plenty of blowback from pro-Hillary “Resistance” types agreeing with Silver’s tweet, but many others shook their heads:

Really.

Where was the “that was a bunch of nothing” defense of other candidates?
