When is the next Steam Sale? Best Winter Sale 2017/18 deals live right now

Taking place regularly throughout the year, Steam Sales offer some of the year’s absolute best PC gaming deals. The Summer, Halloween and Autumn sales (aka Black Friday Sale) might now all have been and gone, but we’ve still got one blockbuster Steam Sale left – the Steam Winter Sale, otherwise known as the Steam Christmas Sale, which actually crosses both 2017 and 2018.

The amount of money you can save is off the charts, and the year’s final Steam Sale kicked-off as expected on Thursday, December 21 2017 at around 6pm GMT.

That’s right, gamers! Your latest epic Steam Sale is now live, with deals expected to run through Thursday, January 4 2018.

When is the next Steam Sale? Steam Winter Sale 2017/18 dates

The dates for this year’s Steam Sales were leaked early on via a reddit thread and subsequently ‘confirmed’ by developer sources to Kotaku UK.

While initially difficult to verify, the dates have largely proven to be accurate, and we expect the Steam Winter Sale 2017/18 will run from December 21 2017 to January 4 2018 – the first batch of deals went live on December 21 as expected and will shortly draw to a close ahead of CES 2018.

As noted above, Valve hasn’t officially confirmed the above dates, but they do fall in line with the expectant times found in previous years.
