DeFUNIAK SPRINGS — A juvenile wanted on more than a dozen felony charges is back in Walton County after having fled to Israel.

Elden Moshae Boskila, 14, was among seven suspects in more than 50 car burglaries in Walton County in September, which included five stolen handguns from unlocked vehicles; three of the guns were later recovered.

Six arrests were made, but Boskila traveled to Israel before he could be questioned. More than 20 warrants were issued for his arrest.

Boskila was identified by Transportation Safety Administration agents at George Bush Intercontinental Airport on Dec. 17 trying to fly back into the country. He was booked into the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department, then extradited to Walton County on Dec. 22 on 44 charges including multiple counts of armed burglary, burglary and grand theft of a firearm.
