Fayette County man faces child neglect and drug charges
MONTGOMERY, W. Va. (WVNS)- A Fayette County man faces child neglect and several drug charges after selling drugs to a confidential informant.
According to court documents, James Chapman sold scheduled III controlled substances to a person working for the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force while an infant was present.
Chapman faces gross neglect of child creating risk of injury or death, possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy.
He remains in the Southern Regional Jail.
