The video begins with a back-shot of the personal trainer, as she flaunts her shorts to the camera.

The model, from Perth, Australia, uses different angles to display her skills, including one birds-eye view.

Originally uploaded to Instagram, Jem asked her almost 900,000 strong “Wolfgang” what they thought.

One comment read: “I love cricket because of Shane Watson and football because of David Beckham. I now love basketball too because of you.”

While another said: “I was so distracted with something else that I didn’t focus on the dunk at all.”

Among other things, Jem is also the founder and owner of Good Eats – a fitness company aimed at creating and distributing healthy meals.

Growing up Jem was a keen athlete, but after sustaining an injury, she has focused more on weight training.

Her favourite sport throughout has been basketball and she has always taken inspiration from her mother – a keen fitness enthusiast.
