Korean Air to operate its new aircraft on Seoul-Ulsan route

(MENAFN) According to Ulsan city government, Korean Air Lines Co. will fly its new CS300 aircraft on the Seoul-Ulsan route the end of January.

The leading carrier of the country will fly two fuel-efficient 127-seat CS300s, made by Canadian aircraft company Bombardier, on national routes connecting Seoul to Ulsan, Pohang, Yeosu and Sacheon from Jan. 16.

The budget carrier unit of Asiana Airlines Inc., Air Busan Co. will also fly another two flights to Ulsan from Gimpo Airport in Seoul between Jan. 5 and 28, escalating the total daily flights linking Gimpo and Ulsan on Fridays and Sundays to four.

Korean Air at present operates five flights each day on the Gimpo-Ulsan route, and starting from next month, Air Busan will be operating another five.
