Man Utd training ground horror after Storm Eleanor batters Carrington
MANCHESTER UNITED players will have to be extra careful arriving for training this morning after Storm Eleanor brought down trees on the road to the Carrington complex.
Up to 100mph winds were recorded as the United Kingdom felt the full force of Storm Eleanor last night, causing carnage up and down the country.
Manchester was no exception, and Jose Mourinho’s men will be in for a shock when they arrive for training at Carrington.
The Manchester United players will have to squeeze their way past a huge tree which has fallen through one of the training ground fences and partially blocked the main entrance to the complex.
While the wreckage already appears to be getting cleared away already, it is hardly ideal preparation for the Red Devils’ FA Cup clash with Derby County on Friday.
