PUTNAM - The Putnam girls’ basketball team extended its win streak to six, beatin Parish Hill at home on Tuesday.
Sophomore Kayleigh Lyons led the Clippers (6-1) with 16 points, followed by senior Ashley Burke with 11. The Pirates (4-1) got 18 points and eight rebounds from senior Hannah Vieira and 10 points from senior Maria Tomas.

Senior Jamie Woods led the Centaurs (5-2) with 19 points, while junior Heather Converse added 13. Senior Emma Dembinski got nine points for the Wolverines (2-3).

Junior Miranda Arruda led the Bears (4-2) with 14 points and eight steals, while junior Izadora Yarnell posted a double-double with 12 points and 21 rebounds. Junior Emily Nelson got 14 points, 10 boards and four steals for the Saints (2-5).

Juniors Hailey Fowler and Jalena Diaz led the Hawks (1-3) to victory with 21 and 14 points, respectively. The Eagles (0-5) got 12 points and five rebounds from freshman Samarie Delgado, while junior Hannah VandeVander added seven points and 12 boards.
