4-day Scout rally in Natore from Thursday

The 17th Regional Scout Rally-2018 will be inaugurated on Thursday in Natore Rajbari Compound, said the office of the secretary of Bangladesh Scouts, Rajshahi Region.

The rally will be held from 4 to 8 January. More than 2,000 scouts and officers of 204 teams, from 8 districts and one Metro Region of Rajshahi Division, will take part in this programme.

M Zunaid Ahmed Palok, State Minister for Information and Communication Technology, will inaugurate the rally.

Md Abul Kalam Azad, Chief Co-ordinator of SDG Affairs at the Prime Minister's Office, and Rajshahi Divisional Commissioner Md Noor-Ur-Rahaman and Additional Divisional Commissioner Md Aminul Islam will be present at that time.

This scout rally has been organised in Natore after 29 years. The last rally had been held on the playground of Natore NS Govt College in 1988.
