DUBAI: Officials from the Dubai Land Department (DLD) have taken a private VIP tour of the new Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum (MBRM) City – District One community.

Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director General of the Dubai Land Department, and Engineer Marwan Bin Ghalita, CEO of RERA were hosted by Saeed Humaid Al Tayer, Chairman of the Meydan Group, and joined by senior representatives from both government authorities and management of District One, the first residential district in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City, which has come to life in Dubai.

The delegation toured the 45 million square foot development which comprises villas, mansions and the newly announced District One Residences, a collection of apartments in mid to low rise buildings, all with access to beachfront living due to a unique manmade body of water which flows throughout the community.

Enclosed by glorious green natural surroundings, the community presents one of the lowest density villa and apartment developments in the heart of any international city, and with the first residents moving in earlier this year, it is becoming one of the most sought after residential areas in Dubai.

Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, General Manager at Dubai Land Department stated that the new residential district in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City reflects the sustainable real estate prosperity that is currently taking place in the Emirate.
