Warrant issued against Khaleda

An arrest warrant issued against BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia and 54 others in a case filed for torching bus in Comilla that killed eight people.

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Joynab Begum issued the order after accepting the chargesheet in the case.

On February 3, 2015, eight people were killed and 20 others injured when miscreants hurled a petrol bomb at a bus at Jogmohanpur in Chouddagram upazila during BNP-led alliance's movement

Two separate cases were filed against 56 people, including Khaleda.
