American Railcar Industries terminated its president and CEO Jeffrey Hollister and appointed John O’Bryan as president and interim CEO.
The St. Charles-based designer and manufacturer of hopper and tank railcars said in a regulatory filing Tuesday that Hollister's termination was effective Dec. 31. The company did not immediately respond to requests for comment about the leadership change.
O’Bryan, 51, joined the company as senior vice president and chief commercial officer in June 2017. He is the former CEO of American Railcar Leasing LLC.
