Madurai, Jan 2: A 27-year-old software engineer killed himself on Sunday as his hair were falling off due to a skin disease. The engineer worked in a software company in Bengaluru.
The man has been identified as R Mithun Raj. He reportedly had some skin problem in his scalp, which led to hair fall. The tried several medical remedies, but got frustrated after none worked.
The engineer had worked in Infosys in Chennai and was working with an IT company in Bengaluru. His mother, Vasanti, had been trying to find a suitable match for him. He got depressed. He also shared his concerns with his mother.
On Sunday, her mother Vasanthi went to a temple. She found him hanging when from a ceiling fan when she returned. She rushed him to a hospital with the help of neighbours, where doctors declared him brought dead.
