Solon Eiendom ASA : Sales in Q4 2017
Oslo, January 2, 2018 - Solon Eiendom sold 11 homes with a total sales value of NOK 113 million during the fourth quarter of 2017 compared to 35 homes with a total sales value of NOK 323 million in the fourth quarter of 2016.
YTD 2017 Solon Eiendom has sold 160 homes with a total sales value of NOK 1 390 million compared to 146 homes with a total sales value of NOK 976 million in 2016.
As such, 2017 was all time high in terms of sales for the company. At year-end 91% of the 145 planned deliveries in 2018 have already been sold.
In Q4 2017, 49 homes were completed and delivered.
The company had 260 units under construction at December 31, 2017.
