MOUNT CARROLL — The Carroll County 4-H Horse Committee will meet at 7 p.m. Jan. 9 at the Carroll County Extension office, 807D S. Clay St.

Those interested in working with youths on their horse and pony projects is invited to attend. New members always are welcome. Agenda items include upcoming learning opportunities, the drill team and the swap meet.
