(MENAFN) Pakistan has received the first 2018 Twitter attack by President Trump as it was accused of being dishonest and misleading the U.S. as it acquired billions in foreign trade, while also sheltering terrorists.

Following the tweet, Pakistan responded furiously that the entire funding was accounted for and that the "US defeat in Afghanistan" made the President bitter.

Furthermore, the United States is looking into withholding at least $250m in aid that it postponed sending to Islamabad in August.
