Microsoft has finally pushed-out its long-awaited Timeline feature.
The nifty feature was originally previewed in May 2017, and was scheduled to launch with the Fall Creators Update in November 2017.
However, Microsoft executive Joe Belfiore confirmed the feature would not appear in the software upgrade in the summer.
“Timeline won't be in the Fall Creators Update,” he told technology blog The Verge.
“We're planning for it to be in early insider builds shortly after Fall Creators Update is out.”

Timeline will allow users to pick-up where they left off, even as they move between different devices – from Windows 10, to iOS and Android.
The feature presents a series of window previews, showing the latest activity in each app, organised in a chronological timeline.
Microsoft’s new feature will work in a similar way to Apple’s Continuity feature on iOS and macOS.
This also lets users resume apps as they jump between iPhone, iPad and macOS hardware.
Timeline is now available in the latest Windows 10 beta build, no. 17063.
The next Windows 10 update is codenamed Redstone 4.
Microsoft is tipped to launch the final update to all Windows 10 users in March 2018.
