Real Madrid news LIVE updates: Man Utd Bale offer, Neymar in, Kroos out, De Gea decision

REAL MADRID news is coming thick and fast and Express Sport is on hand to bring you the very latest from the Bernabeu as the January transfer window gets going.

Real Madrid news LIVE updates: All of the latest from the Bernabeu

Tuesday January 2

Real to hijack Dybala deal

09:25: Real Madrid are reportedly threatening to stop Juventus star Paulo Dybala from joining Manchester United.

The Argentina international is one of the world’s top attacking prospects.

And Jose Mourinho wants him at Old Trafford to take the pressure off under-fire hitman Romelu Lukaku.

Don Balon claim Real are planning to spend big in order to hijack the deal though.

Florentino Perez is said to be ready to pay £105m for the 24-year-old.

Major Hazard update

08:30: Real Madrid are reportedly only interested in signing Eden Hazard if they miss out on Neymar.

The Belgian has long been linked with a move to the Spanish capital after making his name at Chelsea.

And speculation suggests a £100m-plus deal could be pushed through in 2018.

El Confidencial claim Real will not go after Hazard if they manage to get Neymar on-board though.

Los Blancos have wanted the Brazilian for years and now that he’s left Barcelona their chances have risen.

De Gea decision

07:25: Real Madrid have reportedly cooled their interest in Manchester United stopper David De Gea because he no longer fancies a Bernabeu switch.

The Spaniard went close to returning to his homeland in 2015 with just paperwork issues preventing a deadline day deal from happening.

And he's since been heavily linked with them as Real chiefs are supposedly unconvinced by current No 1 Keylor Navas.

Spanish outlet El Confidencial claim Real have decided not to pursue De Gea any longer though because he is not keen on leaving United.

Neymar in, Kroos out

06:35: Real Madrid could reportedly sacrifice star man Toni Kroos in order to fund a mega-money move for Paris Saint-Germain ace Neymar.

Los Blancos wanted to sign the Brazilian when he was at Santos but were beaten to a deal by La Liga rivals Barcelona.

Neymar has since left the Nou Camp though and Real chief Florentino Perez is intent on getting him on-board.

According to Don Balon, Kroos could be sold to Manchester United, Manchester City or PSG to secure the cash to buy Neymar.

Man Utd make Bale offer

05:45: Manchester United have offered Gareth Bale a return to the Premier League if he calls it a day at Real Madrid this summer.

That's according to Spanish transfer rumour specialists Don Balon, who claim the Red Devils are prepared to pay £50m for him.

Bale has endured a tough season on the injury front and has now missed more than 300 days at Real through fitness problems.

But United are reportedly prepared to take him on as they look to re-establish themselves domestically and in Europe.

Tottenham, the club Bale left for Real in 2013, are also said to be keen to bring the winger back to England.
