Kcell prolongs promo to 'Mobile Circle' plans

Kazakhstan mobile operator Kcell has extended a promotion for customers using the 'Mobile Circle' service. Discounted monthly subscription rates will be applied under the promotion valid until 31 January.

The rate totals KZT 2,900 for subscribers using the 'Mobile Circle S' option, KZT 3,900 under the 'Mobile Circle M' option and KZT 4,900 for the 'Mobile Circle L' option. The options enable customers to form groups including up to five users and to share mobile internet traffic under the plan.
