image American Center to hold Master class on Intellectual Property for SMEs

New Delhi, Jan 2 (KNN) The US Embassy wing-American Center will be holding a master class on Intellectual Property at its premises in the national capital.

The master class is scheduled for January 9th at 2:5 P.M.

The program is being organized in association with Nexus Startup Hub and Adastra IP firm.

The session will instruct attendees on the basics pertaining to patents, trademarks, geographical indication and designs.

Topics to be covered during the master class is to  include instruction on how IP can be used as a tool to increase business competitiveness, the various form of intellectual property protection, and how startups and SMEs can be sensitized about the challenges and opportunities constituted by intellectual property and its management.

Rahul Bagga, Director and Head of Patents along with Dr. Mandira Roy, General Manager, technology and commercialization of Adastara IP are to facilitate the master class.
