"The ambitious agenda of President Trump that helped fuel his election over a year ago will continue," Conway said on the Fox News Channel's "Fox and Friends."
"You saw how strong December was. I think in Washington the tradition is not to work very hard in August or December. This president has reversed that, and with the help of the Congress passed some very meaningful legislation late in the game," she continued.
Conway's comments come after Trump and congressional Republicans reached their first major legislative achievement of the year in December with tax reform.
The administration also fulfilled some of Trump's other campaign promises in 2017, such as nominating a conservative Supreme Court justice, pulling the U.S. from Paris Climate Accords, and declaring the U.S. will recognize Jerusalem as the Israeli capital.
Trump and Republicans are looking to defend the House and the Senate from Democratic takeovers in 2018 in what many consider to be a referendum on Trump and his policies.
While the president has touted his approval rating in a recent conservative-leaning Rasmussen poll, other polls show his approval among the American people at all time lows.
