The Brazil international has been linked with a move to the Emirates in recent weeks.
Luiz, 30, has fallen out of favour under Antonio Conte this season after being axed by the Chelsea boss.
The centre-back has been sidelined with a knee injury in recent weeks but the defender was still being backed to quit Stamford Bridge in January.
However, Arsenal boss Wenger says the Gunners will not make a move for Luiz this month.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference ahead of Arsenal’s clash with Chelsea tomorrow, Wenger said: “I don’t want to speak about any names, but these reports are wrong.”
Wenger was also pressed about Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil’s futures.

And when asked if there have been any offers for Sanchez or Ozil, Wenger said: “No, we have not been contacted by anyone.
“This club has lost many big players and responded well. But you want to keep your best players.
