In Emmerdale there were secret schemes and in EastEnders the dodgy heist ended in a shock shooting.
But in Weatherfield, the Coronation Street cast were enjoying Sinead (Katie McGlynn) and Chesney's (Sam Aston) hen and stag parties.
Chesney's friends dressed up as toy soldiers while the Sinead and her girls slipped into flapper outfits.
In the Bistro, Beth (Lisa George) had put together a DVD of clips from Sinead's childhood which she tried to play.
But after introducing the touching tribute she was left confused, asking: "Right, where do I stick it in?"

Then, leaving everyone in stitches, Sinead's mum Arlene (Alison Burrows) replied: "Ooh, said Chesney on the wedding night."
Things soon got awkward when Chesney burst in and demanded them to stop, fearing the DVD would show something else.
He'd had a run in with Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard), who told him he'd switched it with a DVD of his own.
Dan told Ches that the DVD actually showed Chesney hitting himself in the head with the brick when he'd told Sinead it had been Daniel.

Of course, it had been a bluff and when the DVD was played it turned out to be the right thing.
But in all of the commotion, Chesney accidentally shoved Beth to the floor and she was left with a broken arm.
Sinead took her aunt to A&E and was fuming with Chesney, so will the wedding actually go ahead?

Over at the Rovers Return, Chesney returned but told everyone the party was over, just as some strippers had arrived.
