As a part of the safety and security policy it is a mandatory practice to organise fire mock drill twice a year.

On December 21 the mock drill was conducted at DPS-MIS and the time taken for the entire school to evacuate and reach the assembly point was recorded at six minutes.

It was observed that the time taken has reduced by 2 minutes when compared to the previous mock drill which was held in the month of May 2017.

The safety and security department takes all precautions to make sure that the school campus is absolutely safe for the smooth functioning of the school.
