Petr Cech FUMES in massive rant at Mike Dean after Arsenal penalty controversy
PETR CECH has hit out at Mike Dean for his awarding of a late penalty in Arsenal’s draw with West Brom.

Arsenal were 1-0 up when referee Dean pointed to the spot after the ball hit Calum Chambers’ arm.
Cech was booked after the game for remonstrating with Dean.
And the goalkeeper has explained his frustrations with the ref.
“First I got a yellow card for saying this is not a penalty,” Cech told Sky Sports.
“Every time we meet with refs prior to season and it comes to the point about when the player is close to the ball and has no chance to react it is never a penalty.

“I asked the referee why he changes this decision.
“I was not rude, I just asked the question and it disappoints me even more that he said nothing when I asked him.
“I’m disappointed by the penalty situation and I expect when I walk to the ref with respect and ask a question I would like if he answers in a normal way, not give me a yellow card and say nothing.”
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger said: “I fought very hard for the referees to become professional many years ago with David Dein and we did a good job to allow them to become professional but I see no improvement.
“At the end of the day there are two countries in Europe where you have professional referees, in Italy and in England.
“Not one English referee will go to the World Cup.”
Arsenal thought they had won the game when Alexis Sanchez scored an 83rd-minute free-kick that deflected off James McClean.
The draw means Arsenal finish 2017 outside of the top four.
Next up for the Gunners is a home clash with Cech’s former club Chelsea on Wednesday.
As for West Brom, the travel to West Ham on Tuesday night.
