Groundnut oil slips in listless trade
Mumbai, Jan 01 (PTI) Groundnut oil prices slipped in an otherwise listless Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following sluggish demand from stockists and retailers.
While, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseeds oil ruled steady in absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the edible segment, groundnut oil slipped Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 970 against last Saturday's close Rs 975 and refined palmolein ended unaltered at Rs 618 per 10 kg.
Moving to non-edible section, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseeds oil closed unchanged at Rs 4,475 per 100 kg, Rs 925 per 10 kg and Rs 800 per 10 kg, respectively. PTI BPD ANS MKJ
