Lancair welcomed its first Mako production customer to its new 10,000-sq.-ft. Builder Assistance Center in Texas. At the center, customers of Lancair aircraft kits have access to a dedicated work environment with specialized Lancair equipment and expertise for the construction of critical aircraft assemblies or an entire aircraft. The first customer is making substantial progress and expects to complete the aircraft before flying it home, Lancair reports.
