Alan Shearer tells Virgil van Dijk what he needs to do to be success at Liverpool
ALAN SHEARER has told Virgil van Dijk he needs to shore Liverpool's defence up away from home to be considered a success.

Liverpool have conceded 20 goals on their travels this season with only two teams - West Ham and Stoke - letting in more.
At Anfield the Reds backline has been solid and they have only conceded four times.
Van Dijk's £75million move was officially completed today and he is now a Liverpool player.
Shearer told Match of the Day: "At home they have been tight and not given much away.
"They gave away a goal against Leicester and made it difficult for themselves.

"They've been relatively tight at home, the problem they have had is away from home.
"If Southampton had a way, they would have been able to add £5m on the price-tag after that.
"When Kyle Walker went for £50m, for three months no-one has mentioned it.
"That's what he has to do, make Liverpool more solid away from home."
