ANKARA, Turkey—Filippo Bagnato, the head of Leonardo’s aircraft division, is retiring at the end of January. Bagnato, a veteran of what was Finmecannica, was bought out of retirement by Mauro Moretti in spring 2015 to run the business, having previously held a four-year mandate at ATR until May 2014.
