CHLOE Green shared an emotional message about 'hot felon' boyfriend Jeremy Meeks.

The 26-year-old took to her page to post a New Year's PDA of herself and beau .

Chloe, who is the daughter of Topshop owner Phillip Green, shared a selfie of herself and the 33-year-old, while on a boat.

The pair, who have been dating since summer were seen smiling into the camera.

Jeremy was topless, meanwhile Chloe showed of her figure in a teeny bikini.

The pair have faced backlash after Jeremy dumped wife before getting together with Chloe.
