Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu celebrated New Year with state's Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and Indian Police Service (IPS) officers at Vijayawada. During the event, CM Naidu wrote a letter of promises for the people of the state. He said that the world is looking at Andhra Pradesh as fast growing state. Three mega cities and 14 smart cities will be established in Andhra Pradesh. He added that in coming 15 years they are heading with 15% growth rate and priority sectors.
