(MENAFN) Based on Propertyfinder Group's recent report, Dubai occupants have been driven to shift their contracts for mortgages in the last twelve months.

A great number of residents have made the resolution to purchase properties such as Dubai Land, Al Barsha and Jumeirah Village Circle.

Their decision has originated from painted colors of better affordability in the real estate market which has consolidated over the last two years; they were also driven by developers' more generous payment strategies.

Jumeirah Village Circle has attracted several residents this year as it reached a 4% uptick compared to last year, as the report found it to be one of the most reasonably priced villa communities with AED758 per square foot.
